Programme Analyst required for a 6 month contract, fully on-site, based in South Manchester. Working with an internationally recognised Pharmaceutical company, this role will be working with a fast paced Projects team to provide effective support to their technology workstreams, delivering and promoting best practise to the wider Tech teams.

The right candidate will come from a strong Programme or Project support background, have knowledge of all phases of the project management life cycle and be an excellent communicator.

THE ROLE:

• Analyse project data and produce insights to optimise performance
• Identify problems and shortfalls and propose solutions
• Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc
• Management of RAAIDD Logs
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
• Management of Status Plans
• Facilitation with meetings/workshops

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a Programme or Project Analyst role or similar
• Have knowledge of all phases of the project management life cycle
• Experience working within large scale or enterprise level organisations
• Strong computer skills with exposure to ServiceNow, JIRA and PowerBi
• Proficient experience in Smartsheets is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work 100% on-site; no hybrid options available
• Full UK Right to Work
