Requirements for the Training Lead position:

• Similar professional experience
• Solid communication skills
• Excellent project planning and proactiveness
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable with the tasks mentioned below
• Fluency in English

Job responsibilities/expectations:

• Centralize training accessibility for all users
  • CDE Logic Training across workstreams
  • Tool Training from Central Team
  • Process training from Central Team
• Identify Home Location for all training materials
  • Though above list is centralized for accessibility, the actual "home" of materials could be distributed depending on design. This role shall identify Best Practice for this going forward
• Assess Training Material Content and Suggest Improvements/Additions
  • Branding
  • New CDEs
  • Enhancements being implemented into materials after go live
  • Missing Capabilities
  • Job Aids
• Define delivery approach for Long Term Support/best practices
  • Tool Training vs CDE Logic vs Dashboard Training
  • Partnering with Regional Training Teams
  • Should we use Diamond Learning?
  • Should Training be limited to 30 mins per topic?
  • Is a job aid more valuable than a recording?
  • Do we need F2F sessions in the long term?
• Define/Create long term training/support network
  • Push vs Pull
  • Business vs Function vs ED&A Delivery
• Coordinate all parties to reach above goals
  • Across functions, business, and ED&A Teams

Contract details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months+
• Location: Remote (US) - there might be some travelling involved per request (flexible)
• Contract: C2C or W2
