Trainee Sales Executive - Telecoms Sales - Coventry - Up to £22,000.

About the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognised business in their Business Development section. Utilising the company's in house Lead Generation team, and your own network of contacts, you will pro-actively sell their services in the Midlands area, developing long term relationship and commercial partnerships.

Trainee Sales Executive - The Rewards

Trainee Sales Executive - Requirements

* Experienced at working unsupervised and part of a team

* An appreciation of working with confidential information is essential

* Minimum 12 months Experience in B2B lead generating and cold calling experience would be beneficial but not essential

* Highly pro-active

* Be driven, determined & self-motivated

* Be Accountable for everything you do

* Strong relationship building skills

* Be Approachable

* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

* Be Professional at all times

* Positive Mental Attitude

* Excellent listening skills

* Able to identify, generate and close new business

* Flexible approach to meet business requirements

* Must want a career and not a job

Trainee Sales Executive - Responsibilities

* Making outbound B2B campaign calls to over achieve sales targets

* To Be able to communicate effectively with Top Team Decision Makers

* To be able to accurately reflect your conversation with the customer to the field team and to provide full and accurate information on existing spend to enable the field team to close on the 1st Meeting,

* To be able to learn and develop your won sales technique and gain commitment from the customer to discuss their existing services

* To deal with any inbound queries and pass to the relevant team

* To Take Ownership of all of your targets and deliver on a consistent Basis - reviewed Monthly and then quarterly

* To proactively learn about the full Portfolio of products using the "Learning Academy" and "The Genie" - Accreditation provided over a 12 month period

* To Log accurately all campaign calls using the CRM system (Salesforce) - Regular reviews as part of your 1-2-1
