M365 Architect (Exchange Online/Teams/OneDrive/Security)

The Microsoft 365 Architect will take overall responsibility for defining and delivering IT Workplace solutions architecture roadmaps in alignment with the IT and business strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Own the definition, design, and delivery phases of workplace solutions ensuring optimal integration of the future enterprise environment.
- Lead the development of Microsoft architecture blueprints and roadmaps that align with the organisations over strategic objectives.
- Design and develop policies, standards, guidelines, roadmaps, and strategy that affect the selection, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and use of Microsoft technology within the organisation.
- Engage stakeholders to define Microsoft technologies acceptance and adoption criteria.
- Drive knowledge and best practices for Azure/Microsoft 365 stack.
- Design solutions in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus requirements.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Platform, Exchange Online, Teams, Security & Compliance Centre, Microsoft 365 Apps, O365 Apps, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft E5 licensing, features, and policy management.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 roadmaps and future developments for productivity tools to ensure smooth introduction and implementation
