This is a really exciting opportunity for a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst to work within the technology team of a forward-thinking organisation who can offer extremely flexible working.
This role is Fully Remote.
The Dynamics CRM Support Analyst will be working on an in-house CRM system and be able to administer MS Dynamics 365 as well as provide support to users.
Responsibilities.
- Work with senior stakeholders to ensure that the utilisation and integrity of CRM system is optimal.
- Take ownership for ensuring that training on the CRM system is appropriate and consistent with new and existing staff
- Manage change requests and be able to make specific minimal DB changes.
- Manage testing and subsequent upgrades of the CRM.
- Manage integration with other Microsoft products and third-party sites and services.
- Document and manage all user licenses and access permissions.
