This opportunity is to join a dynamic IT team in the healthcare sector delivering top-notch service to internal stakeholders. The Service Desk Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this organisation. You will be in charge of 16 service desk analysts and you will report into the IT Service Manager.

The Skills you need

  • Proven experience of leading a IT Service Management team
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • ITIL
  • Strong knowledge of IT Systems
  • Escalation management
