Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Office 365/Azure - Consultancy - (£50,000 - £60,000) + Excellent Benefits

Overview:

A highly regarded tier one consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineerto join their rapidly growing team. The role will require you to carry out large-scale complex systems enhancements and lead on the delivery of large-scale projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and extensive knowledge in specialist area, support the Delivery Manager ensuring the work of the team is planned and evaluated.
• Provide professional advice on complex and sensitive queries. Attend meetings, instigate and direct the resolution process, in order to inform decisions
• Investigate potential and actual service problems and recommends solutions. Follows formal procedures to plan and test proposed solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience working on large scale high impact projects.
• Expert experience working with VMWare/Hyper-V (Provisioning, supporting & high availability)
• Solid experience working with Azure & O365 (Backup, sizing, migration & monitoring
• Windows Server 2008R2 - 2019 - best practice, security, administration and roles and features
• Strong knowledge of storage infrastructure - SAN disc, archiving and backup appliances
• Solid experience with NetBackup

Package:

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
