Lead Developer required by Fintech group going through an exciting period of growth. Working as part of a well-established Development Team you will be leading and delivering key initiatives for the company.

This role is hands-on as well as mentoring, line managing and ensuring continuous improvement within the Team.We are looking for candidates who do have the Team Lead experience but who are also keen to remain hands-on developing code, building high end platforms and creative solutions within an Agile focused environment.

Required:

• Experience in leading a delivery team
• Experience with React is a bonus but not essential.
• Tech skills with the Microsoft Stack including Azure, C#
• Experience in building software solutions
• A collaborative mindset
• Structured and organised with the ability to get work done!

This role is Hybrid with an expectation for you to come into their London offices once every 2 weeks.
