The Role
This is a vacancy to lead and inspire a team making a positive and imaginative contribution to the ongoing development of the agency's culture, values and outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and support the team.
- Be proactive in taking on ad hoc project leadership duties.
- Develop and set the creation direction of any commissioned design work eg campaigns, websites, print, marketing collateral, packaging etc.
- Work with project management to ensure that projects are running smoothly and all issues around creative studio deliverables have been communicated internally and externally in a timely manner.
Core Skills:
- A natural and impactful leader encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team dynamic.
- Experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar design-led role.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
- The ability to effectively manage the full life cycle from conception and visualisation through to launch.
