Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a lead Python developer to lead a DevOps team in the development of a cutting-edge web application written in npm, JavaScript, Vue.js and Python for a prominent Dutch client.

Requirements for the Senior Python Developer

• +5 years of software development project experience
• Experience with managing/leading a cross-functional DevOps team consisting of developers, system administrators, and other relevant roles.
• Strong knowledge with Elasticsearch and the Elastic Stack for search and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and Python applications, with a solid understanding of Front End and Back End development principles.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes orchestration, including creating and managing clusters, pods, services, and deployments.
• Experience with Red Hat Openshift and its Kubernetes distribution, including concepts such as Pods, Services, Routes, and Operators.
• Experience with designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Kubernetes
• Prior experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
• CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certification is required
• Certifications in relevant technologies (eg, CKAD, Red Hat Certified System Administrator, AWS DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
