D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant - London | Hybrid - £60,000 - £70,000

Opus works with a highly regarded and reputable SME specialising in delivering digital transformation solutions to public sector organisations. With a focus on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Azure, they empower their clients to achieve their business objectives through innovative technology implementations. With multiple new clients seeking to upgrade and revolutionise their CRMs, they are currently seeking a skilled and motivated D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join their expanding team.

From day 1 will work closely with their cohort of public sector clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout their digital transformation journeys. You will play a crucial role in implementing and customising Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to meet their unique business needs.

Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and business processes, and translating them into effective CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Configuring and customising D365 CE/CRM modules, including sales, customer service, marketing, and field service, to align with clients' needs.
• Providing expert guidance and advice on best practices for CRM solution design and implementation, considering business change and digital development aspects.
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate and upskill clients on D365 CE/CRM capabilities and functionality.
• Participating in the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in configuring and customising D365 CE/CRM, module experience is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
• Proficient in conducting workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to clients, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-200, MB-210, MB-230) are desirable as are agile PM methodologies
