• Service Desk Analyst

• 2 weeks on site (Cardiff) then hybrid
• Up to £140 per day in scope of IR35

I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst that either is already SC Cleared or is eligible for SC Clearance. The contract will be until the end of March 2024 with a chance for extension.

You will require experience in the following areas:

• 1st line support.
• High customer service experience.
• Handling end user queries and issues.
• Creating incidents and service requests, updating ticket logs, prioritising and categorising the incidences.

If you do not hold SC Clearance you will need to have been in the UK for 5 years Minimum to be eligible.
