Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICO solutions to meet the financial and controlling needs of our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP FICO functionalities align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation: Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

2. Financial Accounting: Configure and manage financial accounting components in SAP, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

3. Controlling: Configure and optimize controlling processes, such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).

4. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (eg, SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.

5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools (eg, SAP S/4HANA Analytics) to support decision-making.

6. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure that SAP FICO configurations and processes adhere to compliance standards.

7. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

8. Documentation: Maintain documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user manuals.

9. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve SAP FICO issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

10. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
