Head of Digital

The Head of Digital is an important member of the Marketing team, applying design, content and UX expertise to its main website, social media channels and other digital comunications platforms; significant assets for student recruitment and the university's reputation. The postholder champions the university's digital first ambition, and ensures its stories are told in the most relevant and audience-focused manner, as well as taking a lead on digital best practice for the organisation. Manages a small team of Digital Communications staff, within a wider Marketing group, and works closely with an in-house web development team, and internal engagement staff whose primary channels are the university's staff and student intranets, as well as managing stakeholders at every level of the organisation
