IT Support Analyst

As IT Support Analyst you will have solid knowledge and experience of Microsoft Operating Systems support and administration covering software and hardware and preferably CRM Management. The successful candidate will ideally have had a couple of years of related experience in PC Support or backend systems administration and have provided first-line service support in a technical environment.
For this role, we are looking for someone to provide general IT support to our team covering setup and configuration of Microsoft Server 2008 R2, 2012 or 2016 and for hardware/peripherals set up, fault resolution and troubleshooting. Any knowledge of Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable, but not essential.
This will be a responsible role for someone to provide guidance, training and support throughout the business on the use of software/tools, ensuring that users are appropriately trained and that opportunities to improve efficiency are maximised.

- 1st Line IT Support experience
- CRM Management as well as Microsoft O/S skills
- Strong hardware and software support
- Strong fault diagnosis and communication skills
