HR CASE ADVISOR X2 - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35

Our public sector client is looking for 2 experienced HR case Advisor.

The HR Case Advisors are expected to function with a degree of autonomy and initiative and require a proactive approach to identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions, which are consistent in application. You will be required to develop strong working relationships with staff and managers and build close relationships with local and national partnership representatives which is a vital part of the role. This requires highly developed influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills.

In addition, you must have the following:
. Degree level knowledge and experience, with a postgraduate qualification in human resource management or equivalent experience
. Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, preferably at MCIPD level.
. A minimum of 2 years' HR generalist experience
