Technical Support Engineer needed with AWS Connect, site infrastructure, Networking experience for a permanent role based in Leeds.

Hybrid working with 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week remote working from home.

A chance to work with a leading global digital transformation business providing second-level technical support to customers. Start ideally in September/October 2023.

Key experience + responsibilities will include:

• Must offer relevant previous experience within a technical support role.
• Investigate and diagnose technical problems, working closely with customers to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Strong critical thinking skills with experience of AWS Connect, site infrastructure, BC/DR, Networking.
• Deliver a high-end service that is at the heart of the digital footprint across government services.
• Hand on experience with BC/DR rehearsals, planning and understanding of how to invoke in a live event to minimize disruption.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of our support services by adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Experience with support ticketing systems is desirable.
• You will be working 8 Hours per day with 1 hour lunch, 5 days per week.
• Average Shift will be between 7am-7pm on monthly rota.
• SC eligible (you must have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years continuously).
