Job Summary:

The Head of DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, leads a skilled team to support technology-driven strategies, enhance agility, scalability, and service quality in Technology Operations, Infrastructure, and Cloud services. The role involves partnering with various teams to deliver SaaS solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage day-to-day operations of Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure and AWS).
. Develop and maintain Cloud architecture and strategies (AWS and Azure).
. Drive Cloud Infrastructure adoption and manage associated risks/opportunities.
. Establish performance metrics, reporting, and financial excellence in the Cloud.
. Evaluate and implement new software products/tools for the Cloud.
. Lead the development of Company Infrastructure Architecture.
. Ensure secure, scalable, and cost-optimized Cloud solutions.
. Maintain infrastructure compliance with industry/regulatory certifications.
. Implement procedures for operational excellence, scalability, and resilience.
. Apply Cloud and DevOps best practices and stay updated on new technologies.
. Participate in on-call support and after-hours activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

. Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure domains and IaaS Cloud operations.
. Proficiency in architecting and operating distributed systems on Cloud platforms.
. Leadership experience in DevOps and Cloud infrastructure.
. Strong customer relationship management and IT operations experience.
. Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS Cloud services.
. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools, Containers, and Scripting.
. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle in Production environments.

Desired Skills and Traits:

. Understanding of distributed applications and microservices.
. Familiarity with configuration management and compliance/security standards.
. Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery planning.
. Development experience in .NET (C#), Typescript, Python, SQL knowledge.
. Advanced Bash and/or PowerShell Scripting.
. Knowledge of Azure architecture and troubleshooting on the Microsoft stack.
. Computer Science or related degree.
