Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, Hybrid

Due to some upcoming initiatives around our client's Oracle Cloud solution, they are looking to bring on-board a number of subject matter expects with a strong background in Oracle applications.

In particular they are looking for a consultant with a background in Oracle Cloud HCM.

The focus of this role will be on Core HR, Absence (PTO), OTL as well as compensation.

Key skills and experience required:

• Know how in Implementation, Configuration, Development, Integrations and process engineering within Oracle Cloud
• Strong ability with HCM extracts, Data Loader, Rest APIs, Fast Formulas
• Some knowledge of SQL Scripting as well as experience of creating reports within Oracle Cloud BI and BI publisher
• Good understanding of HCM processes
• Excellent communication skills.

This role will be working across a number of project teams and there might have to be some travel the various client sites.
