ROLE: API Product Manager

LOCATION: Sheffield

SALARY: £80,000 + Benefits

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build and own the roadmap and backlog for all API development and future feature list.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Stakeholder engagement. Working with external and internal stakeholders, including product owners, partners, organisations and engineering teams.
• Ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and documented.
• Proactive management of communications with all stakeholders. Be the first point of contact for all API queries.
• Ensure that API development work is included in Squads sprint planning.
• Be an advocate for the inclusion of the API development work into releases.
• Work with Head of engineering and Head of delivery to make sure that this work is delivered according to the engineering handbook.

NB this role will not be directly delivering new API development work.
