Senior Electrical Engineer

My client, a Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy are looking to add to their growing team with an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design the electrical engineering project services for installations, facilities, systems and equipment
• Engage directly with the client regularly throughout the project
• Carry out surveys, tests and reports on existing installations
• Ensure the manufacturing, construction and installation meet the client's requirements
• Make sure engineering calculations and drawings meet required standards

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng or degree in appropriate engineering discipline or have sufficient equivalent experience
• MCIBSE/MIEE or HNC/HND plus appropriate experience or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of specification design for various building types
• Knowledge and understanding of key Health and Safety issues and legislation
• Good understanding of BS standards, UK Regulations and Codes
• Background in consulting or construction preferred.
• Solid understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancy.
