About Us:

Nextlink is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to maintaining a robust and secure network and telephony infrastructure. We are currently seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our network and telephony team and play a key role in enhancing and supporting our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

As a Network Administrator at Nextlink, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to network and telephony management and improvement, including but not limited to:

Monitoring and managing the network infrastructure.
Installing, upgrading, and maintaining network equipment, such as Switches, access points, and Firewalls.
Providing level 2 and 3 support to various ICT teams for incident resolution.
Recommending improvements to network architecture and security.
Daily management of IP telephony systems.
Participating in the implementation of new contact centers to enhance service operations.
Occasional involvement in small-scale network cabling projects.
Contributing to the automation of tasks using infrastructure provisioning tools and Scripting languages.

Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the following technical areas:

IP telephony and contact center administration (UCCM and Cisco UCCX).
Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VLAN configuration.
Proficiency in managing Cisco WiFi controllers (Cisco 5500 and C9800) and Nexus 9k Routers.
Experience with Cisco C9200 Switches.
Knowledge of Fortigate 70F and 600E Firewalls, including virtual multi-domain architecture.
Security rule management in a Windows environment.
DNS, Proxy, SSL VPN, WLC, NAC, HSRP, LACP, and small network cabling.
Strong understanding of network architecture and the ability to propose improvements for reliability and resilience.

Language Skills:

As our team primarily communicates in French, the candidate must have:
Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
Mandatory knowledge of Flemish.
