Job Title:SOX Compliance Manager - Leeds
Location: Hybrid - This will vary - at most it will be 3/4 days on site in Leeds per month
Rate: Up to £530 per day - Inside IR35
Start Date: 25.09.23
Job Type: 6 Month contract - potential to go perm after

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecoms clients! They are currently looking for a skilled SOX Compliance Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.

Our SOX Compliance Manager will need experience with Vlook, Pivot, previous experience of Business walkthroughs and control owner interviews.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

  1. Lead on Impact assessment of new projects for the Identity and Access Governance team, focusing on the areas of Request Fulfilment, Access Management, Compliance and Security and Single Sign On.
  2. Engage Pirean or other suppliers both internal and external to co-ordinate and ascertain cost of delivery of new requirements where a technical service needs to be built or amended to integrate new application or processes into the MyIdentity capability or into the IAG team.
  3. Lead on identification and escalation of risks where necessary, whilst working with projects and technical resource to mitigate existing risks.
  4. Report to senior stakeholders regarding progress of integration's.
  5. Lead on engagement with new projects to understand requirements and translate requirements into technical details for integration planning within the MyIdentity toolset.
  6. Lead on producing suitable training and briefing materials to ensure teams have full insight and awareness of forthcoming activities
  7. Contribute to continual service improvements across Identity and Access Governance and Service Operations, the wider organisation, and with service providers.
  8. Lead on centralisation planning and activities to onboard IAG activity from across the UK business into a standard and consistent framework and introduce efficiency and cost saving through the utilisation of the automated capability.

Required Skills/Experience

  1. Advanced knowledge of Excel - Vlook up and Pivot - Must be able to manipulate data from multiple sources
  2. Previous Sox experience
  3. Experience of Business walkthroughs and control owner interviews
  4. Able to identify internal control gaps

Desirable Skills/Experience

  1. Remedy or other Problem/Change tools knowledge
