Contract opportunity for a Dutch/English speaking Site Sharing Officer.

The role
Developing, supervising and managing projects related to site sharing activities
between one well-defined mobile operator and other telecom operators active on the Belgian market and being member
Being a member of the RISS platform (Radio Infrastructure Site Sharing) in order to respect the "Telecom" regulations.

- Developing and implementing the organisation's operational plan for sharing of telecom sites with the other operators and handling requests for shared use of other operators on the operator's own assets of pylons and masts in order to keep the telecom network up to date and further up to date and further development, in accordance with the license conditions.
- Daily follow-up of incoming and outgoing site sharing projects (PSR, Letter of Intent, technical plans, BOQ, ) and updating the available databases and documentation libraries (Mtracker, PAX/Simad, Documentum, ) to ensure overall project follow-up
ensure accurate billing (R-Layer in/out, MOLO reimbursement).
- Act proactively, identify, inventory, monitor, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide the appropriate response/solution to ensure scope and quality according to established plans.
- Coordinating the internal teams to achieve the intended objectives and respecting the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) agreed within the RISS with compliance with the usual internal and external procedures and consistently updating all available systems.
- Act as an expert during the regular operational and the ad hoc working groups organised within the RISS organised and report and communicate on a regular basis on the status and evolution within these working groups in order to avoid escalations and/or adverse decisions.

Dutch and English language skills are mandatory.
