Systems Engineer - Bristol - Contract - 6 months - Up to £60 per hour inside IR35 - SC Clearance

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required onsite in Bristol. You will be able to do the rest of the work from home.

This is an exciting opportunity for SC cleared Systems Engineer to work on a cutting-edge military project consisting of delivering a new communications service critical to military operations.

To be considered for this role, you must hold an SC clearance and a British passport.

The Key Responsibilities of a Systems Engineer:

• Produce compliant engineering deliverables
• Manage interfaces between systems, sub-systems, and functions
• Manage requirements and justifications
• Validation, Verification, Test and Acceptance activities
• Manage technical risks and issues

Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Systems Engineer, however you will not be expected to have everything:

• Track record of overseeing a successful team of engineers
• Engineering experience across the V-model
• Deep understanding of risks and how these can be managed
• Knowledge of Military Communication Systems, RF transmissions or antennas
