A well established client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 6 weeks contract. You will join a standard insurance company who are passionate about delivering scalable high end solutions.
This role is focused on providing operational support to the core business operations teams (Office based in Ipswich)
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of outgoing post, operation of printers, referencing & indexing and MI reporting in agreed format, within agreed timescales.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel (Spreadsheets) essential, High IT knowledge.
- Management of stationery and consumables and MI reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, proficient in the use of the English language.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Enthusiastic individual with ability to deliver excellent customer service. Good communication skills, both oral and written, proficient in the use of the English language.
- Proficient with Microsoft office: outlook, word, excel essential.
- Able to develop relationships with those onsite.
Experience:
- Experience of working within a support team or in a similar role.
3 months Contract - Onsite working - Hourly rate £13 - £15
