IT Technician - Contract

URGENT CONTRACT ROLE FOR IMMEDIETLY AVAILABLE CANDIDATES

• 1st/2nd Line support
• Enhanced DBS only
• Multiple roles across West/North Yorkshire
• 1-2 Months initially
• £170 - £180 p/d
• Inside of IR35
• Extensions/Permanent roles possible following on from there.

Who are we?

We are a forward-thinking Academy trust that looks after multiple schools across the whole of Yorkshire. Ensuring that the academies have the best possible equipment and support available is our IT department number one concern and as a result we have multiple, urgent requirements that we need to fill.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of user focused desk side support, along with hardware fixes and network maintenance across multiple client sites. Being able to get across either North Yorkshire or West Yorkshire is essential, as is a current Enhanced DBS.

What you will need.

• Experience in 1st/2nd Line support roles.
• General windows support and windows operating systems.
• Active Directory
• Enhanced DBS
• Good communication skills
• Own transport and willingness to travel

Nice to haves.

• Previous educational support in your background
• Network Troubleshooting
• Firewall knowledge
• VOIP systems
