I am partnering with my leading Dutch Consultancy who is currently looking for an Informatica ETL Developer with a strong command of Teradata SQL, BTEQ scripts to join their team based in Brussels on a 12-Month Rolling contract. Hybrid working.

As an Informatica ETL Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions. Your in-depth knowledge of Teradata SQL, including BTEQ scripts, stored procedures, and loading utilities such as Fastload and Multiload, will be essential in ensuring efficient and accurate data processing.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data integration requirements.
• Developing ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to transform, cleanse, and load data.
• Writing complex Teradata SQL queries, BTEQ scripts, and stored procedures to manipulate and extract data from the Teradata environment.
• Optimizing ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Utilizing Teradata loading utilities like Fastload and Multiload for high-volume data loading.
• Participating in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Must-Have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an Informatica ETL Developer with a focus on Teradata SQL.
• Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing Teradata SQL queries, BTEQ scripts, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata loading utilities such as Fastload and Multiload.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting in the Teradata environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
