Role: Business Support Administrator
Contract: 8 week initial (ASAP start)
Day rate: £20 - £25 per hour (Inside IR35)

We are working with a well known public sector organisation based in Bristol, who urgently require 3 administrators who have experience of dealing with unpaid POs, Invoices and a range of other enquiries. There are over 600 emails that need support and dealing with. The work will be for 5 working weeks, with a 2 week induction at the beginning and 1 week handover thereafter, making it 8 weeks in total.

Skills and experience required:
  • High level of accuracy and detail
  • High level of working knowledge MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good understanding of Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Ability to problem solve and make balanced decisions
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and deliver agreed targets/timescales
