As the IT Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems. You will lead a team of 4 engineers, including 3 IT Engineers and 1 Infrastructure Engineer, fostering collaboration and innovation within the department.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee Windows server, Hyper-V, and VMware environments to maintain optimal performance and uptime.
Cloud Expertise: Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
