A fantastic new opportunity has become available for Technology Insights Lead (Knowledge Transfer) with one of our Utility Services clients.

Role: Technology Insights Lead (Knowledge Transfer)

Location: Warwick/Wokingham (1 day per week on site)

Duration: 6 months

Status: Inside IR35

Experience and Skills required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including experience of workshop facilitation.
• An innovation mindset, including the willingness to experiment, enthusiasm to learn about emerging technologies for net zero.
• Experience in knowledge transfer methods and practises, creating library, Articles, Creating posters.
• knowledge of the UK energy system is essential.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the horizon scanning lead to identify and prioritise emerging technology topics for knowledge transfer.
• Create clear and engaging educational content for our staff, based on the insights generated by the horizon scanning lead, including for posters, articles and webinars.
• Support the delivery of internal communications and events to raise awareness of emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential external collaborators for knowledge transfer.
• Support the creation of communications for potential external collaborators, that will encourage them to bring innovation ideas to us
• Support workshops for knowledge transfer and idea generation, bringing together internal and external experts.
• Design and begin building a library for the insights and ideas generated by our horizon scanning activities, which can be easily browsed by internal colleagues.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Innovation to ensure that the Technology Insights team's work is integrated with existing stakeholder activities and is complementary to our portfolio of Innovation projects.
