The desired candidate should:
- Possess 3 years of work experience in Marketing & Sales.
- Must have worked as a Marketing executive and grown up in their career to become a Marketing Manager to better understand the marketing concepts & strategies.
- Should have good experience as a Marketing Manager
- The candidate must have experience as an account executive to better understand the client requirement & manage the client expectations.
- The candidate must have a Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- The candidate must have good experience working in US & UK markets as it is essential to manage various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools (eg, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving marketing initiatives across multiple channels including Field Marketing, PR, Content, Social Media, and Performance. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance our client's brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
The duties of the selected candidate will involve:
Field Marketing:
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation in target markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute marketing activities for events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Public Relations (PR):
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
- Develop PR campaigns to increase media coverage and positive brand mentions.
- Craft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate company news and announcements.
Content Strategy:
- Create and oversee the content strategy to align with brand messaging and customer personas.
- Generate high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and resonates with target audiences.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow the company's online presence and engage followers.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across campaigns.
The base location is London.
The salary payable for the role is between £45000GBP to £65000GBP per annum.
Candidates for the job require to be a graduate or have three years' work experience or NVQ equivalent.
