Essentials Skills
* Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
* 2 years' experience working on a service desk
* Experience working with 3rd party software/solution providers
* Desktop support experience
* Familiarity with laptop and desktop builds
* Active Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)
* Office 365 Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)
* Laptop/PC diagnostics, upgrades and repair
Salary
£22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Notes
37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri, due to the nature of the job some work at weekends and outside of normal hours may be required. Travel to customer sites will be required so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
This role requires a DBS and BPSS check.
