Senior Marketing Executive - IT Technology
Permanent - Luton - Onsite - 40 hrs per week
Salary £32,000 - £43,000

We are looking for an experience Marketing Executive to join a leading tech company in Luton. If you are a determined marketing professional with experience of technology products and services marketing this could be a fantastic opportunity for you! Do you understand customer behaviour and buying cycles in the technology space?

We need a self-starter in Marketing to work with our internal teams to identify and onboard new customer opportunities and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in B2B marketing with a positive, go getter attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Key responsibility Areas:
* Create new content and re-purpose existing content for promotional and lead generation activity
* Execute social media strategy and managing social content schedule
* Plan, prepare, organise and conduct online webinars, face to face client or third party interviews
* Managing events, exhibition, webinar activity, attendees and schedules
* Improve outreach and go to market performance by monitoring, analysing and recommending based on data performance
* Help design content and artwork for key marketing activities across the business, as well as working with external agencies on larger tasks
* Manage the website and ensure that SEO is optimised

You will:
* Brand building and awareness, working closely with business and management to enable their objectives, identifying, delivering and leading content generation activities.
* Support business teams with brand positioning and sales enablement, lead generation activity content eg case studies, testimonials, feature writeups, comparative studies, videos and presentations
* Communications to prospective and existing customers eg newsletters, social media, community announcements, webinars, events and exhibitions
* Liaising with business stakeholders, partners and advisory to create targeted promotions, content and artwork.
* Working with product, tech and customer success to communicate the companies value add along the customer journey, supporting with the creation and management of comms, community management, content and events.

Skill and Experience
* 4-5+ years in marketing and promotion
* Knowledge and experience of working with online content marketing, social media and lead generation strategies
* Understanding on technical terminology used within the B2B technology space.
* Proficiency with a popular CRM and marketing suite
* Highly commercial, enthusiastic, inquisitive marketer
* Ability to work unpredictable hours for events and exhibitions, webinars including some evenings and weekends
* Excellent copywriting, communication and decision-making skills
* Be naturally creative with a keen eye for design
* Have experience creating visual content using Adobe or similar tools
* Be familiar with web and social media tools such as Google analytics, Linkedin, Twitter, Hootsuite, Wordpress, Mailchimp, CRM.
* Be data driven and have the ability to analyse & report data
* Preferred experience in Enterprise, SaaS and/or professional services marketing, worked in a high growth, fast-paced tech business, experience in working across and optimising the marketing funnel, experience at a Martech Vendor; software or professional services and/or a marketing agency

Desirable:
* Experience of Mailchimp, Canva, SendinBlue, Hootsuite
* Good understanding of social media channels, activity and content
* Experience with running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
* Good understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Google Keyword Planner
* Experience working on WordPress
