Manchester (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,500 per annum + 20% bonus & 10% car allowance

The Role

We're recruiting on behalf of an established client in the Energy Tech sector for a Procurement Manager with significant Sourcing experience and a demonstrable track record of savings delivery.

Reporting to a Senior Procurement Manager you'll deliver a category led buying approach from tactical buying to strategic multi-year procurements.

We're seeking Managers who can demonstrate experience in managing and leading sourcing activity on projects and categories utilising established techniques.

You'll provide thought advice and procurement expertise on sourcing models to meet the different needs of the business - from catalogue and auctions through to complex multi-year transformational procurements.

You'll be comfortable working with Directors and Executive level stakeholder to set and implement, sourcing and procurement for assigned procurement projects and you'll be comfortable dealing with spend circa£100m+

You:

• We're seeking candidates who can provide sourcing expertise on at least one of the following areas: - Telecoms, Technology and IT, Security, Outsourcing, Innovation and Professional Services.
• Experience managing, leading, and delivering sourcing activity to assigned projects and categories utilising established negotiation, benchmarking & strategic sourcing techniques & sustainability policies
• Experienced in creating and implementing supplier contracts, incorporating key commercial and contractual requirements
• Understanding of regulated and a non-regulated procurement and sourcing environments. Ideally with reference to secure and critical national industries.
• Extensive Stakeholder Management up to director and Executive level
