About the Role:
We are seeking a Financial Controller for one of our biggest clients within broadcasting industry to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, contributing to the understanding of key business drivers.
Requirements:
- You should be a motivated and ambitious finance professional, preferably with experience in financial planning and analysis in a large organization.
- Leadership experience is essential, as you'll lead a team.
- Strong skills in process automation and a proactive approach to project ownership.
- Ability to excel in a process-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial consolidation and reporting, including key performance indicators.
- Lead the month-end reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to senior leadership.
- Provide leadership to a team of Financial Analysts and maintain a positive working environment.
- Support important operating reviews by providing insightful commentary on financial and KPI performance.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various markets to ensure robust processes for reporting and analysis.
- Set clear objectives for team members, facilitate career development, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
