Up to £70,000 base plus significant bonus earning potential, car and package
My client is a successful, ambitious and innovative business in the Waste & Recycling sector in a phase of real growth and inward investment.
We are seeking like-minded people who are looking for an opportunity within a business that offers real scope for personal and professional development.
Ideally you will have an understanding of the Waste Sector but the end product or service in the deals you have landed in your career to date is less important than your ability to map out a customer group, engage with those customers and to identify, nurture and close high value complex deals.
You will need to have the following experience:
• At least 4 years new business B2B solution selling with a significant track record of achievement
• Proven ability in senior stakeholder management, understanding complex customer needs and acting as a true business partner
• The ability to identify and manage a complex new business sales cycle that takes time to mature
• A determined and decisive personal profile with high levels of energy, able to thrive in an autonomous way
• A collaborative style and a strong commitment to team working
• Personal and professional credibility, taking great pride in delivering outstanding results
