WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE EARLY CAREERS PROGRAM?

The AdVantage Early Careers Program is an 18-month career kick-starter which begins with our 4-6 week intensive Simul8 training academy before you are deployed onto Client-site where you will perform an integral role in helping them achieve their business principles. Post 18 months, you may well be given the opportunity to convert to a permanent role with the client. With 97% of our alumni successfully transitioning after 18 months.

WHAT DOES OUR EARLY CAREERS ADVANTAGE PROGRAM GIVE YOU?

  • Career Pathway - Working with our Clients to ensure you have the industry and technical knowledge needed to excel in your role, specifically designed for our Tech Pathway for roles such as DevOps, Software Development, Production & Application Support, Data, Cloud and many more.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

This opportunity falls within our Early Careers Technology Program Pathway, specifically aimed at school leavers, graduates or those of you with 0-2 years' work experience.

You will be working with prominent Tech Solutions providers or Financial Services Technology Departments or Tech Solutions providers. Examples of roles include:

• Software Development
• Cloud Engineering
• Data Engineering
• DevOps
• Production & Application Support

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Drive - Demonstrates passion and commitment to a career in Technology this could be through academic achievements such as a relevant degree or further qualification, relevant work experience or other program or initiatives you have been part of to engage in your development in this industry.
• Ability to think critically and creatively - Thinks freely and questions the status quo, suggesting ideas on "how it could be done better."
• Collaboration - Ability to work as part of a team, build relationships with and support others.
• Empathy & Integrity - Acts with Integrity and respect and are committed to the inclusion of all employees at our firm.
• An eye for detail - with experience working with Data and Analytics.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Understanding client needs.
• Technical knowledge - an ideal candidate will have skills in either C#, Java, Python or similar, however we will ensure appropriate training is provided for you to be able to perform your role.

Location: London, Belfast, Warsaw. You must have the right to work in at least one of these locations.

Salary: Location weighted, good salary and benefits, with the opportunity to review every 6 months.
