DESCRIPTION

Lewis Davey is seeking a candidate to support our clients' wider ambitions to reduce corporate carbon emissions. You will support some of our clients most innovative and technically challenging low carbon projects, working with sustainable and ambitious clients, all looking to deliver net zero, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL, LETI or Passivhaus standards in their projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing development of client project sustainability strategies, sustainability related statutory (eg planning conditions) and best practice (eg LETI) requirements on projects, and agreeing outcomes.
  • Aligning client ambitions with statutory requirements and industry best practice to guide project strategies to be deliverable, robust and future-proof.
  • Maintaining client/external stakeholder relationships through regular updates, workshops and reporting.
  • Working with our clients construct project teams to drive innovation, exemplar best practices and embed processes into bidding, design, procurement and delivery to ensure successful delivery of sustainability outcomes by project teams.
  • Translating technical standards/requirements into layperson language to ensure all stakeholders understand their roles.
  • Supporting work winning through bid support, preparation of fee proposals, driving innovation, client liaison, upskilling of colleagues and raising our client's profile.
