Support Engineer: Paris, France
Within the Support team and in close collaboration with our teams of developers, you will have the responsibility of the follow-up until the complete resolution of the technical incidents met by our partners operators and integrators of the whole world.
You will need to provide high quality technical support that requires a broad knowledge of information technology, covering both networks, systems and software.
Your ability to cooperate and communicate in an international environment, both with internal colleagues and clients, will be a distinct advantage.
You will work in cooperation with the various internal teams (R & D, Consulting, Product Management, ..) to optimize the solutions offered to customers.
You have an engineering background in Computer Science/Networks and technical knowledge in Networks: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN architectures, VLAN, network equipment configuration
You master the English language
You have good written and oral communication skills
A first experience of at least 5 years in a technical support environment Networks and Telecoms
