Summary of the role

The Customer Service Representative is a key part of our sales team and has direct accountability for commercial support and customer care.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Account Management Skills

Manage customer communications, expectations and requirements.

Responsible for receipt and processing of all customer orders providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information and acknowledgements within established systems and procedures.

Communicate customer concerns and feedback to the Sales Managers, Operations group and Product Manager.

Provide support to internal customers.

Provide support to peers and maintains a cohesive service unit.

Update pricing per policy and advise Sales Managers when orders do not book within gross margin guidelines.

Assist customers in resolving disputes.

Education and Experience

High School diploma required, college education preferred Bi-Lingual preferred

Spanish language skills a plus.

Key Interfaces and Stakeholders

External customers, internal customers, peers, Sales Managers, Sales reps, technical support staff, quality, operations, particularly production planning, purchasing and shipping, accounting.

Geography to cover and Travel requirements

Very little travel, off site training, customer visits as required to meet business demands.

Personality

Enthusiastic work ethic, coachable, personable, good communication skills, multi-tasking, organizational skills, follow-up skills, integrity, able to accept and give feedback constructively. Team oriented.
