SNOW (ServiceNow) Reporting Expert

Brussels 3 days a week onsite/ 2 days remote

Euro's 500 per day

We are looking for a ServiceNow expert to reinforce the SN Competency Centre and help to setup and operate the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM Tools.

The ServiceNow Competency Centre main responsibilities are:

1. Setup, administration and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including components such as MID servers) and the ITSM application

2. Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems

3. Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades

4. Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases

5. Liaising with users and customers for incidents and requests

6. Liaising with ServiceNow for monitoring the ServiceNow platform and raising incidents to ServiceNow

7. Knowledge transfer with the team and other EC teams and users

Profile

This position requires deep technical knowledge and experience in the ServiceNow Reporting activities in the platform and the ITSM application. The principal function will be to help and guide the service owner and users in the context of building and maintain the reporting capabilities. This position requires valuable experience of ServiceNow roles as Reporting - Performance analytics expert .

Senior-oriented profile to focus on reporting activities on the ServiceNow Platform:

• Technical resource who partners with business analysts, consumers of the platform, to craft meaningful dashboards, reports, and create analytical representation of the data

• Enforces the governance surrounding all reporting

• Makes recommendations to improve the use of reporting and analytics to drive outcomes

Required skills

• ITIL foundation certified (and proven experience with ITIL processes)

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

• ServiceNow Performance Analytics Certification

• Experience with ITSM tools
