Servicon is currently hiring for a variety of job opportunities: Cleaners, Custodians, Day Porters, Escorts, Floor Care Technicians, Housekeepers, Janitors, Utility Workers.
Job duties vary by site but typically include care and maintenance of office spaces, manufacturing areas, rest rooms, refineries, medical buildings, and laboratories. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients. To do so our teams are provided uniforms and industry leading tools and supplies. Teams vary in size and are supported by site Leads or Supervisors. Quality and Safety are important! We provide new hire and regular training to ensure that our team members are aware of work rules and regulatory requirements.
** Hourly rates vary based on assignment site, shift, and requirements - $12.00 - $18.00 per hour. **
Healthcare - full time and part time positions, LA USC, MLK Compton, and Rancho Los Amigos Hospital locations. Live Scan required.
Refineries - requires completion of site specific safety course.
Aerospace - priority consideration for candidates with an active government clearance or willing to complete the clearance process.
Epoxy/Floor Care Technician/Flooring Installer - priority consideration for candidates with previous Floor Care or Epoxy/Resin Floor installation experience. Hourly rate premium and possible sign on bonus.
Supervisors/Managers - priority consideration for candidates with current or previous Supervisor or Manager experience in facility services, retail, restaurant, healthcare, multi site, or technology industries.
- At least 2 years cleaning experience or equivalent preferred for hourly level positions
- Some positions may require English
- Positions staffed at some client sites may require additional background check and/or a valid drivers license confirmed by DMV report, government security clearance, Live Scan, and pre-employment drug testing
