Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To)

* Review incoming repair orders for one day opportunities
* Complete morning rounds with management to create the outgoing list for the day and review vehicles with Technicians
* Contact sublet vendors if needed and coordinate in the delivery process
* Monitor status of all vehicles in production to assure timely completion and communicate between management and Technicians
* Communicate with management status of vehicles that will not be completed as scheduled
* Assist in equipment maintenance by communicating the needs of the shop to management and making them aware of what is needed to complete repair orders
* Assist in the detail bay by coordinating Detailers priorities
* Assist Parts Manager in preparing for required parts and making sure both technicians and painters have the necessary parts to complete each repair order
* Assist Parts manager in ordering of materials
* Serve as backup support for Parts team
* Review any outgoing jobs that will need to be moved to the next day
* Assist in moving completed repair orders from either front lot, back lot, or inside if the customer hasn't picked up vehicle
* Prepare for next day repair orders by making sure the Technicians have necessary parts and equipment that will be needed
* Complete closing duties which entails walking through lot to make sure each vehicle is locked at close of business

Minimum Requirements

* 2-3 years of Collision Center experience required. 5+ years preferred
* Knowledge of estimating software, preferably CCC-One and dealing with insurance companies
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
