We are looking for a Part Time Night Auditor to join our exciting work environment at Mardi Gras Casino, where our vision is to delight guests by creating the world's best experiences today while re imagining tomorrow.
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Organize, confirm, process and conduct all guest check-ins, room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations
- Secure payment, verify and adjust billing
- Process all guest requests and relay messages.
- Print reports to have a record of all guests in case of an emergency.
- Identify and explain room features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operations, and local areas of interest.
- Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from previous day receive priority and are resolved.
- Run and review daily reports.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in computer system.
- Accept record wake-up calls and deliver to appropriate departments.
- Count bank and beginning and end of shift
