Responsibilities Include Manage hiring, training, coaching and leading a team of associates that represents the high quality of Dependable Cleaners' standardsAble to work in fast paced environment while engaging in daily customer service activities with teamProvide a clean, organized and inviting environment for both customers and associatesPromote community involvementResolve client's issues and concerns in a professional and timely mannerManage human resource and administrative related tasks including hiring, performance management, training and scheduling.
Requirement of Position Previous supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant or customer service environmentStrong customer service skills Excellent leadership qualities, training, team building and mentoring skillsStrong communication skills and a team-oriented work ethicAbility to multi-taskInterest in and knowledge of fashion a plusAbility to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
