Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlans or assists with planning for meetings and special events such as trainings, retreats, workshops, conferences, and holiday celebrations.Maintains records and databases specific to assigned area.Assists administrative and program staff with various administrative duties.Staffs the reception desk and the company telephone on regular or intermittent basis.Ensures conference rooms, kitchens, employee break rooms, and other shared space is kept clean and organized.May manage office supplies and products by ordering, stocking, and organizing, and by managing quality and cost for company purchases.May schedule and supervise maintenance and repair of office equipment.May travel off-site to purchase supplies, assist with special events, or similar duties.May develop program specific communications, including emails, newsletters, and similar.Models Choices values and guiding principles with internal "customers" (staff).Willingly completes other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Choices.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred. Minimum of two years experience working in an office environment providing administrative support. Strong communication and writing skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Access to reliable transportation. If driving an automobile while on company business, must possess a valid driver's license in state of residence and auto insurance. Demonstrated ability to: Work effectively with internal and external individuals, including other professionals in the community.Work effectively as a member of a team.Effectively communicate to various internal and external audiences in both person and through various electronic media.Manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision.Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
