We are seeking talented, focused, resourceful individuals to join our administrative team. For more information about the exciting work conducted at the Observatory please visit: To secure funding for world-class scientific research, the Senior Project Coordinator will provide vital support to researchers and administrators in pre- and post-award sponsored projects administration. The individual hired into this critical role is responsible for reviewing proposals and budgets under tight deadlines, while complying with strict guidelines. Tracking and reporting deliverables is also a key component. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent required, plus 2-4 years of relevant work experience required, particularly in pre-award sponsored projects administration. Experience with complex budget preparation and proposal processing for government and industrial agencies preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritize and to think independently. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word. Strong professional communication skills.
