Perks you can expect from us: Multiple ways to maximize your incomeSales Professionals earn base pay plus uncapped commission potential - for a combined equivalent of around $20/hr to $30/hr!On average, our Sales Professionals earn in the low $40,000 range in their first 12-months, the top 20% of our team earns $65,000 or higher.Sales Professionals can also earn additional incentives (TVs, trips, cash bonuses, etc.) for excellent sales performance or quality achievements.Investment in your development with paid training and ongoing education - experience isn't necessary - we're best in-class in service and sales - we'll share our secret sauce with youPerformance-based career growth - opportunities across multiple locationsAffordable Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance plansInvestment in your future - Company sponsored 401(k) plan with matching company contributionTime off - Paid vacation As a Sales Professional you will perform the following duties: Assists callers who are in the moving process to help them set up home services at their new addressUse a consultative and customer-focused sales approach when offering and selling products and services to customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL & more - no pushy sales tactics!Work inside an industry-leading call center - taking 100% inbound calls -NO out-bound calling! What we need from you: Sell the right way - Be honest and do the right thing! - Create a best in class customer experience by building rapport and helping customers make an educated sales decision. Show them the value of available options, respond to their questions, and express how your services can benefit themHumble attitude and readiness to learn - Every great player needs a great coach who is focused on motivating and developing you to meet your maximum potential, it starts in training and will continue.A commitment to success - Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions, such as meeting sales goals and quality assurance requirements.Be the kind of person people want to work with - Be reliable, positive, and encouraging to others.Master the keyboard, mouse and 2 computer monitors - Multi-tasking between multiple systems and screens accurately to ensure customers are getting what we promised them.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
