Books & Records Auditors conduct audits of individuals and a variety of business entities independently and may assist higher level auditors in performing large, complex audits. Most audits are initiated and conducted at the taxpayer's business location. Qualified applicants will have a four-year or advanced degree with a major in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
